The goal is for students to understand the foundations of each discipline, apply them through cases, exercises, debates, role-playing, problem-solving, and research projects, and be able to transfer that learning to new environments.
Three pillars for applied learning
SOLID CONCEPTUAL KNOWLEDGE
All subjects start from a clear theoretical structure, providing students with the conceptual frameworks, models, laws, and tools specific to each discipline.
CONTEXTUALIZED PRACTICAL APPLICATION
The knowledge acquired is put into practice through activities based on cases, applied exercises, debates, role-playing, problem-solving, and research projects, always adapted to real or similar business contexts.
REFLECTION AND TRANSFER
Critical reflection on what has been learned and how to transfer it to other contexts is encouraged. Students do not only learn how to do things, but also understand why and how to apply each tool or approach depending on the situation.
COMPETENCIES TO SOLVE PROFESSIONAL CHALLENGES
Competencies are understood as an action or intervention that integrates and mobilizes knowledge, procedures, attitudes, and values to successfully solve challenges specific to the profession.
From this perspective, ENDOR’s methodology is designed so that students not only assimilate content, but also learn to act with judgment in concrete, complex situations close to professional reality.
LEARNING THE COMPONENTS OF COMPETENCE
Students must master the knowledge, procedures, and attitudes that form the basis of each competence, in order to mobilize them appropriately in a specific situation.
WORKING FROM COMPLEXITY
Teaching strategies present problem-based situations close to professional reality, incorporating uncertainty, analysis, and interdisciplinarity.
LEARNING THROUGH ACTION
Students must carry out specific actions to demonstrate the level of achievement of each competence in defined contexts and with clear objectives.
LEARNING THROUGH REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
The learning process is accompanied by reflection, self-assessment, and awareness of one’s own progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Their role is to explain concepts, present challenges and cases, guide students during analysis, and provide continuous feedback on their performance. In this way, comprehension of the content is ensured and its practical use is encouraged, stimulating active participation and critical reflection.
Subjects combine different activity formats to enrich the learning experience:
Theoretical sessions, focused on the presentation and discussion of key concepts
Analysis of real or adapted cases, in which students put their knowledge to the test in complex situations
Problem-solving and practical calculations, in finance, logistics, etc., using software or support tools
Individual and collaborative assignments, aimed at integrating content and developing competencies
Continuous assessment, to ensure the gradual assimilation of content and skills
STRUCTURED LEARNING BY DOING
ENDOR’s approach is clearly based on learning by doing, but in a structured way. Students begin each module by consolidating the theoretical foundations of the corresponding area of knowledge and, from there, participate in exercises, cases, and projects that allow them to apply this knowledge in practical situations.
This process enables progress from conceptual understanding to functional and cross-disciplinary application, preparing students to respond confidently to real challenges in the professional environment.
UNDERSTAND
Students consolidate the theoretical foundations of each area.
APPLY
Knowledge is developed through exercises, cases, and practical activities.
REFLECT
Students analyze what they have learned, identify improvements, and become aware of their progress.
TRANSFER
The competencies acquired are transferred to new professional contexts.
